What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese hands-on healing system which works on every level of our being. It is a holistic way of helping to treat physical, mental and emotional ailments such as stress, back pain, insomnia and anxiety.

In addition to the Reiki, we also teach and enable you to experience the practice of yoga, which will include meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques. Each of these disciplines will help you to remain calm, centred and focused throughout the weekend and with practice, these qualities will flow into your everyday life to help you face and deal with life's challenges.
